Access Plan:

$10/month and per visit fee of $50.00. This level has telehealth visits only, and is for the person who really has no chronic problems and just wants to have a medical provider who knows them "just in case". Discounts on nutritional supplements is also provided.

Average visit is 15 - 20 minutes.

All Access Plan:

$65/month and includes telehealth visits. In person visit option is $100. This level includes primarily allopathic care, discounted labs and nutritional supplements. This level is for the person who has chronic medical problems and needs ongoing care, but is unsure about Functional Medicine and its' benefits.

Average visit is 30 minutes in length, with the initial visit averaging 45 - 60 minutes

Health Optimizer Plan:

$225/month. This level is for the person who is truly ready to change the course of their health! It includes telehealth and in person visits for no extra fee. Both allopathic AND Functional Medicine is employed to support you reach your BEST HEALTH.

This level includes discounted labs and nutritional supplements, as well as ongoing guidance and help between visits.

Initial visit averages 60 - 90 minutes with follow up visits being 45 - 60 minutes average.

Notes on Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly until cancelled.

If you sign up for the non member consult and wish to become a patient at the Health Optimizer level, the consult fee will be applied to your membership.

Non Member Functional Medicine Visits:

$99 Initial consult visit. This is a 30 - 45 minute virtual consultation designed to delve into your health challenges, set clear and meaningful goals, and develop your personalized health road map, including possible labs, and future visits, and initial plan of care.

Follow up visits are based on lenght of time as follows:

1 hour: $125.00

30 minute check in: $80.00

10 minute check in: $50
