Access Plan:

This level has telehealth visits only, and is for the person who really has no chronic problems and just wants to have a medical provider who knows them "just in case". Discounts on nutritional supplements is also provided. $10/month and per visit fee of $50.00.

Average visit is 15 - 20 minutes.

All Access Plan:

This level includes telehealth visits. In person visit option is $100. This level includes traditional primary care only, discounted labs and nutritional supplements. $75/month.

Average visit is 30 minutes in length, with the initial visit averaging 45 - 60 minutes

Health Optimizer Add on:

Members choosing this add on service receive primary AND functional care.

Includes advanced lab interpretations, root cause care plans, nutritional/lifestyle protocols, and ongoing support, as well as longer visit (45 minutes vs 30 minutes). $150/month in addition to the All Access Membership

Initial visit averages 60 - 90 minutes with follow up visits being 45 - 60 minutes average.

Functional Medicine Starter Program

Members only.

This is a four month intensive program that includes your primary care needs as well as functional medicine. It includes advanced lab interpretations, root cause care plans, nutritional/lifestyle protocols, and weekly check-ins as well as scheduled visits. $1800.

Any diagnostics and nutritional supplements are not included in the price.

Initial visit averages 60 - 90 minutes with follow up visits being 45 - 60 minutes average.
