Access Plan:

$10/month and per visit fee of $50.00. This level has telehealth visits only, and is for the person who really has no chronic problems and just wants to have a medical provider who knows them "just in case". Discounts on nutritional supplements is also provided.

Average visit is 15 - 20 minutes.

All Access Plan:

$65/month and includes 2 telehealth visits per month. Extra visits for $50 telehealth and in person option for $100. This level includes allopathic care, discounted labs and nutritional supplements. This level is for the person who has chronic medical problems and needs ongoing care, but is unsure about Functional Medicine and its' benefits.

Average visit is 30 minutes in length, with the initial visit averaging 45 - 60 minutes

Health Optimizer Plan:

$120/month and includes 2 telehealth visits, with extra telehealth visits for $50/per visit, and in person visits for $100. This level is for the person who is truly ready to change the course of their health! Both allopathic AND Functional Medicine is employed to help you reach your BEST HEALTH.

This level includes discounted labs and nutritional supplements, as well as ongoing guidance and guidance between visits.

Initial visit averages 60 - 90 minutes with follow up visits being 45 - 60 minutes average.

Notes on Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly until cancelled.

Non Member Functional Medicine Visits:

$250 per visit. This option is for those people who currently have a primary care provider and don't want to change, but are still wanting access to the benefits of functional medicine.

This level includes discounted labs and nutritional supplements, but no ongoing guidance after the visit.
